051aefdb8c feat: v1 options menu (#133) 
Still has a bunch of improvements that can be done, but wanted to merge in some of the related changes.

* options parser

* wip: vimoptions finder

* feat: pre-populate ex-command line with `:set foo=`

59497d6640 feat: Do a bit better sorting for command history

d32d4a6e0f fix: Reduce memory leaks (#148) 
It is not 100% clear that we've gotten ALL the memory leaks, but it
seems much much much better and doesn't look like it's going to die
immediately or as often anymore :)

25b7895097 feat: Disable job recording from plenary. 
This should reduce memory usage at least for large jobs. We won't save
all the results into the job. I _think_ this will be half memory usage
for many situations.
