refactor telescope command (#398)

* refactor telescope command

* addd telescope default options support

* fix variable name wrong

* convert command line string to lua type

* add comment.

* update readme for use theme in commandline

* enhance complete in commandline

* enhance complete in commandline

* enhance covert commandline options
